Hi, I'm Jeffry Arevalo, a data analyst and data journalist. I ask questions of data and publish what the numbers actually say. I am drawn to questions where the data tells a story the headlines miss.

I work in a way that is still new, and I am open about it. I set the questions, direct the research, and check every claim against primary sources. The hands-on code behind my investigations, tools, and games is written by AI (Claude) under my direction and review, and every published piece says so. My own toolkit is the analyst's core: Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and careful sourcing.
